On my new asi 290mm im only getting 116 fps. I have high speed checked, and its with a 640x480 roi. My cpu is a amd 4 core 3.1 gig laptop. Max fps shows 348 fps, and current shows 116 in firecapture. I was hoping someone could advise me on if I needed a new hard drive or a intel laptop instead to get higher fps. If so what are the reccomendations?
Is it capture or preview speed?

Im so glad to here from you, and thank you so much for what you do for our hobby.
Im only getting 116fps on the preview, and this is with the usb traffic adjusted from 80 up to 100%.
Ok I figured it out, I had to change the laptop settings for the usb.. I am now getting 184fps with a 640x480 roi, with high speed not checked.
