Hello excellent lpistor the jupiter who did it. I have the same camera and the same telescope and I would like to know what were your software configurations for asi178mc (gain , exposure and resolution used) .

digital image magnification optical magnification or only ?.

Hello Astronico, here my configuration:

gain => 246

exposure with SharpCap => ROI 1024x768, 3ms, 60i/s, color space RGB24, gamma 50 (off)

Setup => Mak180, barlow Televue 2x, IrUv-Cut Optolong, F5600mm, FD31, Asi178mc, sampling 0.09"

1800 stagged with Autostakkert2, wavelets with Registax6, finalizing with The Gimp

No digital magnification, only optical. Jupiter is here full frame.
