For DS imaging, even relatively short on exposures you will need a guide camera, which also can be the "best planetary camera". ASI1600 can work as a DS camera and to some extent as a planetary camera, but can't guide when you use it as a DS camera. You can add the cheapest ST4 guide camera to the mix, or pick two specialized cameras - one best for planetary/guiding for its money and the second one best for DS imaging.
Color DS camera isn't always the best choice as it may turn out not that much better than a modern DSLR.
