try the latest SharpCap (2.9 beta).
Make sure you select the camera from the ZWO ASI Cameras at the top of the cameras menu. Once the camera is open, put it into 'RAW8' colour space, then try out the various values under the 'Debayer Preview' option. On should work - it should select the right bayer pattern automatically and give you a colour picture without the grid. If that is incorrect try each of the 'Force XXXX' options - one of them will be correct.
Note that captures taken in RAW mode will look monochrome and have the grid effect - you just need to tell your processing software to debayer when processing (there are options for this in registax, AS, Pipp, etc)
