Hello, what is the consequence of imaging with RGGB with a zwo 1600 even if the pattern of the camera is GRBG ?

If i set the right matrix bayer in the preprocessing step it should correct that ?

Hi Mourad，

If you use wrong bayer matrix, it will like the attachment.

You can use SharpCap to select the force debayer to make a test.
