ASI1600 Documentation

I have the ASI 178MC and the ASI 1600MC-COOL. Both shipped with CD's, but the documentation included on the CD's is very old and there's no mention of the 1600.

Where can I find the details about the 12v jack socket, and what purpose it serves etc? Any pointers to this documentation would be appreciated.

the cooler need extra power suuply

we recommends 12V at 2.5A or more DC adapter for cooler power supply(2.1*5.5, center positive)

Hi Sam

Could I use my Celestron Power Tank 17, and the DC cable that comes with it (see attachments) to provide DC power? The jack plug is centre positive, and seems to fit ok. I will try and find the jack plug info, for the power tank.

Power Tank 17 - DC output is 12v/10A with a 15A circuit breaker.

yes, actually 9-15V all should be OK
