178mm not see by computer

I would appreciate some assistance.LAst night before I strated my session I just could not connect ot my 178mm cooled.THe camrea also does not show under the device manager.MY asi 120 is showing.I tried to reinstall the driver.This morning I also tried the camera on to other pc with diffrent operating systems

Any assitance to try and trouble shoot would be appreciated

you can hear some sound when connect a device to PC

I am afraid you need to exchange this camera if you hear nothing and also tried on different PC

maybe a hardware problem
