I want to move over from a DSLR to a CMOS camera and am thinking about a ASI1600 Cool.

Since I want to eventually get a Hyperstar for f/2 shooting, would the MC be advisable, since a filter wheel for a MM will block the light too much? Right now I have a 0.7x reducer giving a f/6.3.

I want to do DSOs and the odd planetary imaging.

Any suggestions would be great for this newbie!
