ASI1600MMC: Spot on sensor

Hello

since some days I notice a round spot of approx. 2 mm on the sensor.

How can I remove it?

Edit: found out myself by reading the manual :- )

However, as this spot seemed to be some dried fluid I'm not sure if I already should replace the desiccant tablets

sorry about this issue, please check if there is water after cooling?
