When running the ASI1600MC-Cool in bin 2x2 there is horizontal banding (railroad track like) which doesn't appear to be evident in bin 1. Image attached taken with Raw16 bin 2x2, Hardware Binning On, gain 400 settings. Lower gain results with the same issue. This has been something that has existed for quite sometime in all the recent versions (Inc. v. 2.9.2915) I've used.

the noise is more obvious when use binning mode
and I would suggest you use software binning instead of hardware binning
because hardware binning is faster but has worse image quanlity
