I am using ASI120mm on a new laptop running windows 10 home i7, 8gb ram, 250gb drive. I cannot get fire capture v 2.4 to work on it. When I open the fire capture it gives error message "Capture Failed" and shuts off after a minute. Asks me to remove camera from the port and try again. The laptop has two USB ports and I have tried both. Sharp cap 2.8 also does not capture any frame and shows only a still image. I am using the latest ASI 120mm driver and also have flashed the firmware. Interestingly the camera works with the same version of Fire capture and ASI drivers on my desktop running windows 10. Unfortunately I need laptop for imaging. Device manager on laptop shows everything working correctly. Also I have tried different USB cables to get it to work but no luck. Please help..
