No Image Download With Nebulosity 4 and ASI 1600MC

When I shoot a sequence in Nebulosity 4, for example 10 x 5 minute subs, I sometimes get an error message in Nebulosity saying " 30 seconds have passed and image has n not downloaded". Then the sequence aborts.

This does not happen all the time.

This has happened on Windows 7 laptop and a different Windows 10 laptop.

It has happened using the latest ascom driver and it has also happened using the native ZWO driver in Nebulosity 4.

This onlt started happening when I upgraded to the latest ZWO windows driver for the 1600MC.

Tested the camera again tonight with a Windows 10 laptop and USB3.

It achieved 20 x 5 minute exposures without a problem and then the problem appeared again.

The Nebulosity 4 message said image did not download in 30 seconds so the capture was aborted.

I am planning to take the new camera to a ark site for the first time in 2 weeks so this random problem is very worrying.

Any solutions?

I'm having the same problem. Some one posted on the Camera thread that they had success reverting to an older ASCOM driver. I'm trying that now. Will post the results tomorrow. I'm using the V 1.0.2.13 driver.

That did the trick. I installed http://astronomy-imaging-camera.com/software/ASICamera%20ASCOM%20Setup%20V1.0.2.13.exe and finally got through an imaging sequence without it being terminated by a download failure.
