I am having some big issues getting this to work on my computer.
What I tested it on:
- MacBook Pro Retina Late 2013 running Windows 10 BootCamp
- VMWare running Windows 7
- Dell Laptop running Windows 10 natively
What is happening:
- FireCapture does not detect the camera at all, it says capture failed
- Sharpcap detects it but FPS is only reaching 20 at maximum resolution. When you play around with the settings the FPS decrease slowly til it reached under 1 and stopped.
- Device manager can see the camera
- Tried the drivers that shipped with the camera and tried the new drivers from the website as well.
What I am using:
- USB 3.0 cable that came with the camera
- 5 Metre USB 3.0 cable
- USB extender cable as well
No matter what cable I use I get the same result.
I don't remember having these problems. How can I fix this???
