How to connect ASI120MC with Raspberry PI 3

Hi all.

im trying to connect my ASI20MC camera to RPI 3.

i am new to the Linux environment and my progress is extremely slow. i have downloaded SDK from ZW0 : "Linux & Mac V0.4.092.9" but i dont know what to do with it or where to start to start taking pictures using the terminal.

i have a Solar telescope that locks on to the sun and follows its path, i just need to write a program either in C or Python that keeps taking images of the sun after certain time. it is a self standing system and i want to automate the Command line/terminal.

i am using :

-Raspberry Pi 3 (Raspbian GNU/Linux 8 (jessie)

-ASI120MC

Hello there

I am working on it but I am learning programming in C and OpenCV while looking at the SDK from ZWO so it's not the fastest way but I guess learning programming while having a project is easier ;-)

look at my thread if you like and test it. I try to make it easy for us non linux users ;-)
