there are lots of changes

1.the predefined setting is editable

2.support ASI071

3.remove fan on/off control, fan is on when cooler works and turn off when cooler stop work

4.fix other bugs

please test and feedback

Hi Sam,

I see that ASCOM driver V. 1.0.2.23 is available for download. Can I just install it over my existing V. 1.0.2.16 driver installation? Or do I need to first uninstall the older ASCOM driver?
