I can't get a connection to my 8-position EFW. I have ASCOM platform 6.2 and can see my ASI1600MM-cool just fine. Windows 10 says the EFW is connected, but in both Nebulosity 4 and SGPro 2.5.7 I am unable to connect and see essentially the same error, which I think must be at the ASCOM driver level. The ASCOM chooser comes up fine, but when I click "properties" the windows in the filter wheel setup are blank and when I click "Edit" I get "Unhandled exception has occurred in a component in your application." I've tried connecting through the hub on the ASI1600MM-cool and directly to the USB port on my laptop, but as noted above Windows 10 sees the EFW so I don't think the physical connection is the problem. Any suggestions?
