ASI120MM-S Getting Started

Just starting with an ASI120MM-S with a Mac computer. I seem to have two issues, maybe three. First I cannot find a user manual on the ZWO website. There is one for the USB 2 version of the camera, but I cannot find a USB 3 version. Second, I cannot find the drivers for the camera for a Mac (maybe I don't need them?), Third, when I just plug the camera into the USB port on my Mac, the Mac does not recognize it. One additional issue I may have to deal with for a month or two is that I have not upgraded to a SSD. From what I have read, this will just slow my frame capture rate down, but if there is anything else I should know, please advise. I should have an SSD in a month or two. Thanks!

sorry for the problems

we didnot provide one manual because the 2.0 version and 3.0 version is very close to each other

anyway we are preparing the manual of all different cameras

you don't need driver under Mac, there are many app such like oacapture, PHD can connect the camera and preview

Thank you. I was able to use oacapture to bring the camera up on screen. The link/recommendation to it was not easy to find on the ZWO website, but ZWO support helped me locate it. BTW, fast turnaround time on-line, great help! If others are reading this, it is currently located under the "Astronomy" section of the website. When installing oacapture on a Mac, ensure you drop it into the Applications folder, otherwise the app will disconnect when you try and start the camera.
