Computer to support ASI 174 camera

Help please. I am going to purchase a computer for the sole purpose of running my asi 174 color camera. What system requirements need to be met so the camera will run at optimal speed? I was told by Sam that a pentium processor would be enough but I really need more details. Is a huge amount of memory necessary? I see in other posts that people say usb3 is a must and SSD is better than HDD. I don't even know what SSD and HDD are. Can someone please spell out to me what is needed to run the camera at its optimal speed? It looks like pentium processor, SSD, and large RAM are helpful. Is that it? Thank you all for your help. I do not want to go to Best Buy and come home with a computer that will not run the camera at its best.

So far, after mulling through several threads, this is what I have gathered together: HDD that is more than 7200 fpm, usb 3, Intel i7 processor, write speed of more than 350 m/s. Does that all sound about right to everyone? Are there other parameters that I am missing?

Fast HDD with RAM for cache should "easily" work for capture. CPU isn't used much.
