software required for ASI1600 mono cooled

Hi there

I am just about to purchase an ASI1600 mono cooled camera, can you tell me exactly which software I need to download to get it to work. I have just downloaded ASCOM 6.2 platform, do I then download "ASI Camera ASCOM Driver"?

I already use an ASI120MC camera for guiding and this obviously has an ASCOM driver downloaded on my laptop. Is it the same one for the ASI1600?

no, they are not the same one

but we have plan to use only one driver

Got the camera now and very nice it looks, no clear skies yet and am waiting for an adapter before I can get it to look at the heavens!

However, in readiness a few days ago I downloaded what I think is the right software to get it to run.

ASI ASCOM v 1.0.2.23 and ASI Camera Driver 1.3.12.28

I already have a camera driver v 2.3.2014.904 on the laptop, which has been there for some time, running my ASI120MC guidescope.

However, I was checking something else tonight and for the life of me I cannot find where I downloaded the driver 1.3.12.28 from. Tell me I am not going mad? Where did I get it from and is it the right one for the 1600 mono cooled camera?

The camera seemed to run OK indoors but I have taken no images yet

Can you be specific as to which camera and ASCOM driver software I require for the ASI1600 and the guide camera ASI120MC

we just update our driver to all-in-one

so everything is simper
