Max gain with ASI 290MM

Hello,

I used my ASI 290MM for the first time last night with Firecapture 2.5. The maximum gain can be set at 600. The same as for the ASI 224. But I thought the 290 had 63db of gain. Am I missing Something ?

we limited it to 60db gain as too high gain is useless
