USB on ASI071 clashes with Nebulosity 4

Dear Zwo,

I just received my new ASI071 color camera and I connec tthe Guide camera QHY5II Mono tio the output on the ZWO Camera, while it does recognize the camera and seems to work the moment I start using Nebulosity 4 with either the Ascom driver or the ZWO camera the program crashes or Hangs. any idea why this is happening please ? your urgent response please

the power consumption of 071 is around 500ma@5V

USB2.0 can provide 500ma at most

the hub source current from USB too

so the power is not enough if you connect 071 to USB2.0 port and attach guider camera to it's hub

we recommend connect through USB3.0 or connect guider camera to another port of PC directly

Thanks Sam, you already solved this for me by dropping the USB mass to 40 instead of 80. Hopefully it will keep on working otherwise I will opt to upgrade my computer to USB 3. Appreciate your help.
