Minimum exposure time for flats with ASI ZWO 1600 mmc?

Since my flats do not show perfect results, I have the following questions:

I use a dimmable lightbox to create the flats. In order to achieve a 50% saturation of the flats, the exposure times are also very short (under 0.5s), even in the case of a heavily dimmed Lightbox. Is this too short for the rolling shutter of the ASI ZWO 1600?

The ASI ZWO 1600 creates 12 bit images. Calculated to 16 bit I illuminate with approx. 35000 ADU median value. What values should I use?

I think 50% should be fine

there is no minimum exposure time required if the light source is powerful enough
