New ASI 071MC will not connect after drivers installed

I have just brought TWO of these cameras and neither of them will connect to Neb.4, SharpCap, FireCap LiveCap, etc.

I d/load all the latest ZWO drivers for the camera including DirectShow and ASCOM from the ZWO website and still no connection. The cameras have plenty of power.

I'm using USB2 and my PC's are W10 32 and 63 bit. I'm using the same USB2 cables as i did for my Nikon 810a and SX 25c CCD and had no issues with them.

Just now, I tried a USB3 and still no connection!

Has anyone got an answer to this no-connection problem?

Is the camera driver installed correctly? if so the camera should be listed under image device in device manager
