Yes, I do use dark frames, even with IMX 290 and IMX 178. For these 2 sensors, it's less usefull. It's possible to by-pass them if you use a large amount of raw images.
For my QHY 174 M, the QHY anti-amp glow system removes a large part of amp glow. But additionnal darks removes little bit more the amp glow that remains plus the hot pixels. So, yes I always use dark frames for this camera.
