Disclaimer: this is not an advice, you can easily scratch your sensor, so you are on your own. It only describes what I did understanding all the possible consequences.
This said, after some dew (or ice then melted at room temperature as I may guess from reading another thread about the ASI-071) that left a large spot on my ASI1600MCC I cleaned it using these: https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B01B0TX6UA . I used one with the cleaning fluid applied and then 2-3 (don't remember) without. It is important to follow the instruction and uniformly slide the swab (you can find plenty of videos on youtube about how to do it). I had experience with the Nikon D40 (I must say that both the newer D5100 and D610 suffer much less from sensor dust, never had to use a swab), cleaning the ASI Cams is somehow easier because you don't have the enclosure and the flipped mirror to care about. Ah and, of course, I used a good photographic blower before starting. Anyway it is always a procedure that makes me nervous and I won't do it for just some dust.
