gain adjustement for asi 1600 mc cool

i live in a hight light pollution area

what would be the equivalent gain of the asi 1600 mc cool for 800 iso of a dslr...?

And the gain @(lowest read noise ) is 300。

you can try gain 180 or 300 , and using a short shutter time.
