ST4USB adapter problems

Tried with both Skywatcher Enhanced EQ5 dual drive and Synscan v4.37.03 running PHD guiding, Windows 7

heres the deal

USBST4 and EQ5 Enhanced ASCOM control North Works, East is same as South, South works, West works.

USBST4 and Synscan North Works, East is same as South, South works, West not working.

Anyone had similar issues,

all drivers and software are up to date.

All cables as supplied with hardware.

Also tried both mounts with ASI120MC and theres a crash in both instances when try to move mount from PHD

all thoughts very welcome

you can also test from sharpcap or our directshow program where you can control the ST4 port too

Ive solved the USBST4 problem thanks

The 120MC still not working as a guider running Windows7 PHD2 and lastest driver.

The West direction does not activate the motor under manual control in PHD.

Without changing equipment to test for failure is there anything else I can do, can you recommend another guiding software program?
