Dear Yang,
thank you for your quick response.
Then I'm facing a second issue.
I am facing multiple capturing issues of USB traffic while Highspeed is on. Most of the times, the capture will fail is USB Traffic is set too high. I will get the camera work 100 % if USB Traffic is lower than 57.
This morning I have been able to get the camera achieve 134 fps for a few minutes with Sharpcap (I have hit the Auto USB setting quite a few times until it magically reached 80). But I am afraid I haven't been able to duplicate this. Both Sharcap and Firecapture will fail if USB Setting is higher than 57 with Highspeed on.
I have been able to reach USB 100 with Highspeed On. This can be achieved with Firecapture by lowering the gain . If Gain is approximately 20 or lower, USB traffic can be set as high as 100 and I can reach 160 fps. If Gain is higher than 20, then fps will quickly drop. If Gain is set above 100 then the capture will fail.
If I lower Gain to 1, and if I increase Brightness while keeping USB at 100, I will create the same issues. Fps will gradually drop until I receive the Capture Failed error message.
It looks as if the issues will occur when the image gets too bright (either by Gain and/or by Offset increases)
Do you have any idea about the issue behind this phenomenon ?
kind regards,
Patrice
