How can I fix Amp Glow in my ASI178? I have artifacts in three corners and a huge one on the upper right.
I have attached a sample file, but needs to be stretched.

You need to calibrate the subs/files using dark fields to remove the amp glow and other pixel artifacts. This is required on all CMOS cameras and is completely normal.
Hi,james1ca. using dark fields will reduce the amp glow effect. dark frame must using a same explosure and tempriture as the settings you using taking the deepsky object.
