asi224MC - mounting plate for Optec NextGen 3.3 reducer

Hi, I've seen no posts on the forum from folks using such an aggressive reducer.

I'm using an LX200 EMC 12" and I am about to order the reducer. I want to ensure that I order the right mounting plate and spacer tube to hook up the 224MC successfully. The specs on the reducer say that a sensor diagonal of up to 11mm is ok. But ZWO cameras are not listed in their options for the correct mounting plate/spacer (see link) http://www.optecinc.com/astronomy/catalog/nextgen/nextgen_mounts.htm

I'd really appreciate some advice before I rush in to this...
