The firmware upgrade tool errored out, and now the camera shows up in device manager as "Unknown Device" with USB\VID_04B4&PID_8613\5&335B218B&0&2 in the details page. Any guidance would be great.

Just to make sure everyone knows - Sam got me the right driver for the broken camera, which allowed the flash tool to complete. The camera is restored to full function! Thanks to ZWO for outstanding customer service!
