ASI1600 USB Hub doiesn't work

When I hook up my guide camera and the ASI filter wheei to the ASI 1600 USB ports, they don't connect. When I unplug them and plug them in to my main USB hub they work fine. Additionally the ASI 1600 works fine on USB 3

I had a similar issue with the USB hub on my 071.

My Lodestar guide camera and the ASI071 don't like to share a wire, I guess.

When I connect the Lodestar to the hub on the 071 and next the camera with its USB3 to my computer, the Lodestar pops up straight away and the ASI071 is not recognized anymore.

What does work: first only connect the ASI cam and let it be recognized by your computer. Then plug in the next peripheral. This is recognized alright now.

Maybe you try the same?

Yes, That worth to try. May I ask some questions.

1. Did 12v power is connect to 1600?

2. Did you using 2 hubs and one hub connect to another hub?
