ASI120 MC-S El Capitan Oacapture

I just purchased an ASI120 MC-S for use with my macbook pro running El Capitan 10.11.6. When I try to capture in oacapture, the program crashes. Can anyone out there offer any advice as to how to remedy this issue?

which version of oacapture do you use? I'll test it on my Macmini.
