Windows 10 (Creators Update) blocks ASI driver V2.0.1.3

I have an ASI 120MC.

After a fresh installation of the most up-to-date Windows 10 Pro x64 version yesterday evening I am currently unable to install the ASI Cameras driver Setup V2.0.1.3 from this page: https://astronomy-imaging-camera.com/software/. No matter whether I explicitly set the Administrator mode via the file properties or not, Windows responds with the screen as you can see in the attachment.

Translated from German to English it reads:

"This app can not be executed on the PC. Please contact the software producer, to find a suitable version for your PC"

Can you help me please.

you were right. The file was corrupted. I am not sure why, but previously the file was repeatedly downloaded as only about 80kB in Firefox. Now it is about 4.3 MB after clearing the browser cache and installation worked.

Maybe the web server does not transmit the correct chunk size for "chunked" Transfer-Encoding. Some browsers behave strangely then and do not download all chunks.
