I am not sure the USB3.0 controller of your host
so you need to find out and upgrade the host USB 3.0 driver
before that, you'd better try it on another PC to make sure the hub works
you can test on Mac
there is app under Mac support our cameras too
you may need to send back the camera to us if it's a hardware problem
