When the software connects to the camara for take photo, the cooler and camera off

Maxim DL 6 + ASCOM + ZWO drivers
FireCapture
SharCap
I connect my ASI 1600MC-COOL to:
PC DELL XPS with:
USB 3.0 and USB 2.0 with driver (Host extensible Intel USB 3.0 - 1.0 - Microsoft)
Windows 10
Drivers ZWO
laptop DELL XPS with:
USB 3.0 and USB 2.0 with driver (renesas USB controler)
Windows 7
Drivers ZWO
The problem occurs on both computers
