I've loaded all the frames in AS!2 and used "Image Stabilization" Planet, "Quality Estimator" 4, Local (AP). Hit "Analyse". After that, I've selected 75% of the frames to stack, no normalize stack, no sharpened, selected RGB Align. For alignment points, choose "Manual Draw" and take just one point at the center of the DSO, a bright star for example. In the case of the globs it is subjective, so I've just hit the center of it. And then "Stack". That is it.
I don't remember exactly, but I think the stacking took just some minutes. I use a four years old Dell notebook, Windows 10, core i5 (4 cores), 6GB RAM and the latest version of AS!2.
Hope it helps.
