I have a problem when i plug my ASI120MC to USB The computer said in "device Manager" unknow device, showing The Message "code 28".
The details of driver show PID and VID values not Zero.
Please i need we

can you tell us the value of PID and VID?
The value is
USB\VID_03C3&PID_120B\5&ED50A4&1&2
the ID is correct
you can close any anti-virus software and try to install the driver again
please contact us through email if you still cannot fix the problem
Yes i installed The driver again and it show correct in Device Manager but now i have other problem, The camera don't open in PHD2, Firecapture, sharpcap, ... exactly in PHD2 show a driver error, i change The usb wire
