oacapture 1.1.0 released

It's been a long time coming thanks to lots of other stuff going on in my life, but oacapture v1.1.0 is now available.

For OSX users I'm hoping this will fix a few niggles with El Capitan and Sierra.

For Linux users the most obvious change will be that on Fedora and Ubuntu/Mint the binaries can now be installed from an RPM/DEB file.

This is no banana from me.

OSX Sierra, on a 2013 Macbook Pro, and 2014 Mac mini, with a Neximage 5 - unuseable, the camera image captures and freezes on first frame, halting many of the functions and unable to capture anything. (on both machines)

The whole Celestion and Nexstar/Neximage experience has been awful and expensive and I now wish I had gone a different route.

Even tried VMware Fusion 8 with Windblows 10 using iCAP 2.4 - wont even find the camera. Same with Macam.

Any news of a 1.1.1 update?

I'll see if I can work out what is going on. It may be something specific to the Neximage 5. I'm sure I tested the Neximage Burst. Which release(s) of OSX are you using?

Sorry, I should have been clearer. I see you're running Sierra, but is it updated to release 5 or are you using an earlier update?

MBP is using MacOS Sierra 10.12.2 (16C67) (just going to update this now)

But the Mac Mini is using 10.12.5

The Mac Mini is actually late 2012 (how time flies)

This appears to be the same using the Mac built in camera - not sure if that's an incompatibility issue too or whether there's another issue.

The Mac Mini is a clean OSX install this week with no other software installed.
