I am running ASI120MC-S on Raspberry Pi 3 model b via indiserver and pyindi client. When taking longer exposures (30s+), I get dark stripe in the top part of the image. I did a lot of tests, different exposures, reset the Rpi, reinstalled indiserver, tweaked some of the settings but it does not help (HighSpeedMode, 8bit mode, 16bit mode, Gain). It works like a charm on Windows, I used it for more than a year for planetary and guiding. To me it seems like driver sync issue or something like that because it occurs only at higher exposure lengths?
I attached a few sample frames (raw .fit frames are the same). I am about to give up and switch to some other indiserver compatible camera because it is useless like this... :(
