Ok. So just to be clear, I have the camera mounted directly to the ZWO EFW Mini filter wheel. So that would mean that I have 12.5 mm for the camera and another 20 mm for the filter wheel for a total of 32.5 mm? Would this be correct?
is your camera cooled version or uncooled version?
you need one T2-T2 to connect the camera and EFW, so the total distance is 12.5+2+20
According to this schematic from ZWO distance from front of camera to sensor plane seems to be 17,5 mm and from top of round housing to sensor 2,5 mm.

sorry, I don't know you mean the cooled version
the newest cooled 178 we used the 1600 design, so the back focus is 6.5mm only
