ZWO 1600MMC dew issue

I am getting dew on the sensor window of my new 1600MMC. How can this be avoided?

do you mean out side of the window?

you can try to use one heater

Sorry, I don't want to hijack this thread but I heard somewhere that the dew issue on the 1600MM-C was addressed changing its design. Is this correct? Is the dew heater still required even in the new generation?

they are difference, dew on sensor is because the humidity inside CMOS chamber is high

but dew on protect window is because the temperature of glass is low

our newest camera won't have such problems
