ASI Native Driver and ASCOM ASI Driver

I read the problem with bayer pattern from ASCOM drivers, etc.. but I don't find the answer I'm looking for.

I recently bough the ASI224MC and while developing an application I found the camera using the ASI Native driver returns the image in the specified ASI bayer pattern RGGB, but the ASI ASCOM Driver returns in GBRG, I verified using other applications then is evident the ASCOM is doing wrong, then my question is: Is this problem of the ASCOM Driver an issue of ASI ASCOM driver implementation for ASI cameras or is a problem of the ASCOM Framework forcing a different bayer pattern?

debayer pattern is determined by BayerOffsetX, BayerOffsetY in ASCOM, for ASI224MC, the pattern is RGGB, so the BayerOffsetX should be 0 and BayerOffsetY is 0. I have tested and it's correct with our ASCOM driver. Why do you think our ASCOM driver is wrong?
