asi1600 Pro and amp glow

"ASI1600 Pro camera includes one 256MB DDR3 memory buffer to help data transfer more stable and no amp-glow issue which is caused by the slow speed data transfer during reading out under USB2.0 Port."

I'm a bit confused about this statement. I'm probably one of the first customers with this "pro" camera, but what I can say after few nights of using:

- amp glow under USB 2.0 is still there, same as for previous version. I compare it with my friends one and really - no difference.

- and "more stable" just seems riddiculous for me as long as it crashes to blue screen of death when I try to connect other ASI camera to USB hub (with transfer lowered do minimal value of 40)

I hope its just problem of not-yet-optimized drivers.

Of course there's a chance that problems with USB 2.0 (and so USB-related amp glow) are more related to my laptop or compatibility between laptop/USB drivers/ASI drivers.

I dont want to be negative as I really appreciate all the work and attitude with a good and affordable equipment "made by ZWO" and their custommer support. I just try to adress my particular problems with a brand new "pro" camera and my inability to make camera and narrowband filters work as expected :)

actually all ASI cameras' driver is the same and we never change from the start

so such blue screen problem is really hard to address as most customer don't have it

and may caused by USB host side too

the amp-glow introduced by slow transfer when connect USB2.0 is not very obvious

but you should notice it for exposure such like 5s
