I'm getting vertical noise in some images especial those that are dim. It is definitely coming from the camera but can't figure why it is apparent in the dimmer objects and not so in the bright ones. I use similar exposure and settings. 60sec exposures x 25 or more stacks. I used calibration files bias, darks, flats and also tried without calibration frames with no appreciable difference in the noise. Cooling was -10C.
Here are two example images one with noise and one that is fairly clean. Both are stretched to show noise. And the one of IC434 I didn't stretch because the vertical noise is so apparent.
