Dew never an issue with the ASI294MCPro?

Hi,

The product page says "Even with high humidity environment, ASI294MC Pro will still works fine without dew problems."

I received my unit without a screw-in desiccant holder like the ones of my ASI1600MMC units, but there's still a plastic plug in the side of the camera (more or less exactly the same body I guess) like the 1600's.

Not a heated protective window.

So I'm curious, any changes made?

Can we really expect dew issues to be gone?

we don't provide the screw desiccant tube any more as it's not effective way to dry the sensor chamber

we suggest customer open the camera and redry the desiccant tablets inside camera directly
