I've been having issues with red & blue horizontal lines on 1 sec images when starting up the camera. With the lens cap on. At gain = 400 it is thin red & blue lines but when I drop the gain to 300 it becomes broad white lines. At gain of 200 the white lines become bigger. This happens irrespectie of which screen (laptop or secondary monitor) I'm using. I've unplugged and replugged in the USB cables on both ends and restarted SharpCap with no change. I changed USB cables without effect. This has happened over the past several observing sessions, but I don't recall seeing it previously. I tried to attach a screen shot of SharpCap capture but it wouldn't upload.
Then once I take a few 1 min or longer images, the camera settles down and works well - 1 sec images are fine at all gain levels. This didn't happen the first few months I used the camera. Any ideas on what is causing this?
