ASI1600 mm cool - Camera no longer responding

I am the proud owner of an ASI1600 mm - cooled camera that I purchased last December. The FOV and performance has been outstanding up until a week ago. The camera is no longer recognized by any of my computers and does not show up in my device list when plugged into any of my USB ports. There have been no changes to the computer. Other devices are still recognized.

Any thoughts on what might be going on here?

Would it be possible to return the camera for repair?

When you plug in, Are there other devices show up in device list? Like west bridge？
