the normal way to repair is send back to dealer and dealer send back to us

so we will help you to contact our dealer at first

it's more convenient for you to get it repaird

just cost more time because you need to wait dealer get your camera and send back to us

Can you verify what the MAX POWER input to the camera should be? I want to test my gear. I checked the power supply at it was 12.5v. How finicky is the ASI1600mmc ?

the power consumption depends on how deep the cooler runs

the max power requirement is around 3A

so you can use one 5A adapter which can provide enough power
