Hi , I am still getting drop outs with this camera and it only works reliably with the USB 3 cord that came with the camera and with SharpCap. I cannot get it to work reliably with a USB active extension or with the native cable plus APT. Trouble is the cord that came with it is so short for my observatory. Is there anyway of getting another longer USB 3 cord from the same manufacturer? say at least 3 metres?
I tried a standard USB 3 cable from a local cable company and that didn't work at all. Many thanks for your help
